Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over a qualifying threshold. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email.

Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that processing times still apply.

We currently ship within the United States and select international markets. For other international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

Returns & Exchanges

Full-Price Items: Full-price items are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Sale Items: Sale items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise marked as Final Sale. Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ww@williamwhite.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
